These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Chasing Time's service's. By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service.
The Service automatically sends SMS text messages to your clients after a missed call. It may include features such as appointment scheduling, FAQs, and automated responses.
Access to the Service requires an active monthly subscription.
Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account and billing information.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending them automated text messages, as required by applicable telecommunication and privacy laws.
Not misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
You may not use the Service for:
Sending spam, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive messages.
Collecting or storing personal data without consent.
Violating any local, state, federal, or international law.
We strive to maintain uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, trademarks, and branding) remain with Chasing Time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business needs.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, uptime, or compatibility with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 6 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chasing Time from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
